I have +15 years in the NHS specialising in Mental Health, working with people who have experienced difficulties with:- anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, adverse life events, loss and bereavement, abuse, eating disorders, caring responsibilities, anger, assertiveness, difficult childhood experiences, life’s changes and transitions.
I'm a member of COSCA, BACP and RCOT and abide by their rules and regulations. I am registered with the ICO.
I have Diplomas in both Occupational Therapy and Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I am also a daughter, sister, wife and mother but spend more time parenting my two dogs.

Introductory session in full or part, carries a £40 fee (payable in advance) with subsequent fees being, £45 a session.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, with less than 24 hours notice to cancel, you will incur the full cost of the appointment. Cancellations can be made by either phone, email or text. If you need to rearrange your booked session, please contact us to do so.
Payment is made either prior to or at the end of each session by cash, cheque (payable to the Counsellor) or by e-transfer.
